WebErrand is an Application Service Provider (ASP) that allows
corporate employees to outsource their day-to-day errands easily and
cost-effectively. This service is available to employees of corporations
in an ASP model. Customers can choose from a variety of errands and order
services easily. They can schedule services through a component that displays
available time slots and intelligently assigns errands
to service providers based on a variety of criteria such as availability,
distance from previous errand or office, pricing, ratings and
how busy each service provider is. Customers can access a personalized
home page and account management section of the site to get status on ordered services,
change payment information, modify profile and view/print invoices.
