This site was developed to provide a centralized information and management tool to McKesson’s
Suppliers & Vendors taking part at the various events.
The site is a complete web based solution for Events Management where each step from
registration to booth allotment is handled on the site in a seamless and efficient manner. The suppliers
log in to enter their information online and can modify their profile through the Account Management section
of the site subject to registration deadlines. Similarly vendors submit the compliance forms online.
This dynamic website is equipped to handle event management activities ranging from advertising,
providing information to the participants, online registration, event confirmation, booth allocation and
management. The other advanced features of the events site include dynamic generation of various reports
and a supplier-vendor management email utility where mass emails are sent to the suppliers/vendors for
the notification and other purposes.
The events web site has allowed the events management team at Mckesson to manage very large events
efficiently, and provide accurate information/reports at all times.
