This system was developed for a global manufacturer of electronic connectors and sockets. The solution included advanced but easy-to-use search functionality allowing users to conduct Part number, PO, keyword, and description searches. The search engine presents results that include catalog/datasheet views, descriptions, inventory etc. for individual components, and can add components/products to their cart to either Request Quotes or proceed with an order.

We also built an order tracking system with real-time integration to the company's internal systems to provide accurate status on orders. This utility collected data from different shipping carriers like FEDEX, UPS, EMERY, and DHL to provide accurate status.

The entire e-business solution is based on a well architected integration solution enabling data transfer from inside their intranet to the web server. Our solution ensures that the data transfer process is extremely robust and efficient. Data is updated automatically at regular intervals, thereby saving valuable staff resources and keeping the site current at all times.
