McKesson is a Fortune 50 company in the health care industry.

They were looking for a business application that would allow them to streamline their customer contract management processes.

We developed two web applications for them that provided customers and managers online access to contracts which they could close, monitor and renegotiate efficiently.

The main features of the application are:

• Setup, management and tracking of Orders and Contracts while maintaining multiple contract versions which allows McKesson to modify the contracts on an as needed basis.
• Providing customers the ability to view contracts, fill in required information and approve the contracts online.
• Download the approved contract as a PDF file.
• Track usage of the application by customers including which version of the contract they signed and other details.
• Dashboard for the management to view contact status, make changes and create new contacts.
• Export data for integrating with internal systems.
