The Event Management application was developed to provide a centralized information and management tool to McKesson's Suppliers & Vendors taking part at various events and tradeshows.

The site is a complete web based solution for Event Management where each step from registration and payment to sponsorship and booth allotment is handled in a seamless and efficient manner. Suppliers log in to the site to enter their information and can modify their profile through the Account Management interface, subject to registration deadlines. Vendors can manage their account online as well and submit compliance and other forms.

This web application is also equipped to handle event management activities ranging from advertising, providing hotel information to participants, online registration, payment, event confirmation, sponsorships, booth allocation and management. The admin web site provides a complete content management system with which events and all content for the site can be added. It also includes dynamic generation of various reports, supplier & vendor management functions, and bulk email.

The events web site has allowed the event management team at Mckesson to manage very large events efficiently, and provide accurate information/reports at all times.
