We developed a scalable, database-driven web application to track campaign management activities throughout the US. The application includes a live status "dashboard" that updates automatically every minute and shows latest regional and national data on calls made and lifecycle processes complete via bar charts and pie charts. Numerous detailed reports with drill-down capabilities and clear formatting for readability and printing were developed to provide updated status.
