GlobalFluency is a worldwide communications services firm with offices in 50 countries.
Infoscaler developed Physician Locator tools and a Content Management System (CMS) for Global Fluency. The Physician Locator allows users to search for different types of doctors closest to an address or zip code. Results are grouped for intuitive viewing and can be sorted and filtered in various ways. The distance to the doctor's office is also calculated and displayed.
The Content Management System allows Global Fluency staff to easily maintain and update the data used for the Physician Locator application. The CMS consists of two main sections - an automated upload component and a user interface for making manual/bulk changes and viewing reports. The automated upload process uploads data generated by the QAD ERP system in XML format. The User interface allows users to view the underlying data in different ways and to make changes manually. Users can make changes at the record level or in bulk by uploading a CSV file. The CMS has an audit log that tracks all changes made to the data and reports any conflicts for bulk data uploads. The CMS has a reporting engine that allows searching and viewing data in various ways.
