Covance is one of the world's largest drug development services companies, whose purpose is to lead advancements in drug development through science, service, and solutions.
The antibody services site we developed, allows Covance customers access to detailed antibody services information, submit project initiations, track studies and manage quotes online. We created a comprehensive account management system that allows customers to view status and progress reports on past projects and quotes submitted.
All project and quote data is stored in an SQL Server database and the database integrates with internal Goldmine Software to keep all customer data in sync. The user interface of the site is extremely intuitive and easy to use so customers can find information and submit requests efficiently.
The site has separate sections for promotions and specials with 3 projects and quotes rotated automatically on the home page. The site also has a Banner Ad System used to highlight different products and promotions.
The Admin portion of the site has allows Covance staff to manage all content on the site, manage projects, manage quotes, view customer account information, manage banner ads and manage promotions. They can also view a variety of customizable reports that can be exported to Excel format and downloaded.
